This version of Ashampoo UnInstaller is free, but very similar to Ashampoo Uninstaller 4, although the latest one is a bit more advanced. This lighter version was originally delivered as a freebie by several computer magazines, but now we have the opportunity to download it from the developer's site.
We can use this program to install/uninstall other applications. When installing other programs, this utility will gather all the necessary information to remove all the keys and leftovers if we want to uninstall it at a later stage. This program may prove to be very useful for uninstalling programs even if they do not have uninstallation support, or stubborn programs that cannot be uninstalled easily. This program also makes it possible to reinstall those programs that have been previously uninstalled with the help of this tool. Furthermore, this program enables us to remove empty files/folders, delete temporary files, duplicate files, remove browsing history, clean our system registry, compare new and old configurations, etc. This utility is available in many languages. This program can work under Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7 operating systems.
